Orders are usually processed within 24 hours.  We ship domestic orders Priority U.S. Mail.  International orders are shipped by U.S. Mail ground or air whichever you specify.  Your credit card will not be charged until merchandise is shipped.   For international customers using PayPal, the additional shipping charge will be added after the order is received.

Shipping rates are based on the amount of the total order and are as follows:

For shipping within the United States--

$4.00 for purchases from $0-$19.99.
$5.00 for purchases from $20-$49.99.
$7.50 for purchases from $50 and more.

For international shipping--

By Ground:

$12.00 for purchases from US$0-$19.99.
$15.00 for purchases from US$20-$49.99.
$20.00 for purchases from US$50 and more.

By Air:

$20.00 for purchases from US$0-$19.99.
$25.00 for purchases from US$20-$49.99.
$30.00 for purchases from US$50 and more.

Returns & Exchanges--

If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact Carol. Within 30 days, items may be returned with the invoice for replacement, exchange or refund.
